Refund and cancellation

Paid consulting engagements and advisory sessions may be purchased under a written statement of work. The following market-consistent terms apply unless a signed contract specifies otherwise (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for services not yet delivered. Work that has been performed, accepted interim deliverables, or consumed advisory time is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation by client

• Advisory sessions: cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start for a full credit or reschedule. Later cancellations may forfeit up to fifty percent (50%) of the session fee.
• Project engagements: termination follows the notice period in the statement of work. Completed milestones and expenses already incurred are payable.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund of unused prepaid amounts or an alternative date at your choice.

Refund process

Email info@novalink-grid.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits stated in a statement of work may be non-refundable after work begins. Missed sessions without notice count as delivered.

Exceptions

Force majeure events or regulatory restrictions may adjust schedules without penalty; we will propose revised dates in good faith.
