This notice follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors who contact us through novalink-grid.digital.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit voluntarily.
• Cookie choice: a value stored in your browser’s localStorage when you accept or reject the cookie banner (see /cookies/).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain business correspondence (contractual steps and legitimate interest in operating our consulting practice). Consent preferences are stored to honor your choice about non-essential storage.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message in a thread unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Consent records are kept until you clear site data or we update the storage key.

Processors and transfers

Inquiries are received by a form handler on the same domain (POST to /api/inquiry) operated for our business. Data is not sold. If infrastructure providers process data on our behalf, they do so under confidentiality obligations appropriate to PDPA.

Your rights

Under PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@novalink-grid.digital; we respond within statutory timelines.

Security

We use TLS for the public site and restrict access to inquiry inboxes. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending credentials or regulated health data through the form.
